The way we work -

  1. STEP 1 : Requirement analysis
    • We carry out a detailed need analysis process with our clients where we survey the location and understand their needs, desires, dreams, expectations, budget, taste and theme.
    • We put in extra efforts to understand what makes our clients tick!
    STEP 2 : Design Gameplan
    • Once we have the clients detailed expectations in writing, we brainstorm with the creative minds in our as to how the entire projects needs to be created like a painting of Picasso.
    • Once we reach a final consensus on the project, we create a detailed execution game plan and present the same to the clients.
    • This includes an itemized quote.
    • This meeting will allow the client to make any desired changes, additions etc and then decide what they would like to proceed with.
    • Our specialization is consulting on the interiors, though we also have a work force of 150 skilled people.
    • On approval we start the execution work at site.
    STEP 3: Execution
    • We design, select materials, arrange materials, supervise the site, co-ordinate with contractors and the client.
    • We always give a site completion date and completely look after and manage all work to be done at site.
    STEP 4 : Smooth Transition
    • Once the work is completed, we ensure that every nook and corner is ready for the client to move in.
    • We also have a Grievance Cell where we cater to any site related problem within 24 hours.
